No one fails in the gym because they lack motivation. Most fail because they lack the required discipline. The rest fail because they're following programming that doesn't connect with their current training level, they're receiving feedback that's too vague to integrate, or they're adjusting for perception instead of data.
What I offer is coaching for people who want the feedback circuit to close.
I run your programming. I write your lifts, weights, sets, reps, including warmups, customized to you and updated based on your actual performance. You submit videos of your work sets. I review them, give you written form evaluation with specific technical cues, and program the next session.
We start with a live video call from your gym to establish your baseline and learn the movements correctly from the jump. You can message me through the app any time.
This is best suited for clients who are serious about getting strong, who can handle direct feedback, and who want a coach who expects them to succeed.
